Booth coverage and departure
Please keep your exhibit set up and staffed during posted hall hours (unless you have cleared it with staff beforehand), especially the dedicated networking breaks. Begin packing after the hall closes at noon Wednesday. If you need a different arrival or departure arrangement, contact Tania before the conference.
Make the most of your time
Participate in the Route 66 Passport activity, offer a quick demonstration or interactive experience, and give attendees a practical reason to start a conversation. Review the full agenda for additional networking opportunities; event admission depends on your registration or ticket.
