Lillian Bales is a marketing, development, and events professional with more than seven years of experience building relationships and creating meaningful experiences for communities and organizations. Most recently, she served as Individual Giving Manager for the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, where she led donor communications, stewardship, and fundraising campaigns that generated nearly $1.1 million during her tenure. She previously spent nearly three years with Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation, leading events, community engagement, and special projects, and also has experience in chamber of commerce and economic development through her work with the Hondo Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Hondo.
