Tania hails from the City of Mosaics, Levelland, Texas, where she served as its Main Street manager for three years. She honed her business, marketing, and people skills working in radio for 18 years and has gone on to own and operate a radio station for 12 of those years. In 2019, Tania received the coveted Texas Association of Broadcasters', Broadcaster of the Year Award. As a business owner, she understands the need for creative solutions and being open to change. Tania has a Bachelor of Science and Information Technology with a multimedia emphasis from Kaplan University, and an Associate of Arts from South Plains College. During her time with Main Street, she earned her Main Street America Revitalization Professional (MSARP) certification and walked the stage at the 2024 Main Street Now Conference in Birmingham, Alabama. Tania loves to travel, have adventures, and learn new skills, and is looking forward to getting to know each of you so she can understand how TXD can best serve you. She is most inspired by her adorable two-year-old granddaughter who starts every day off in a princess dress and the rest of the day adjusting her crown. Shouldn’t we all?
