The City of Georgetown (“City”) is seeking sealed proposals (“Sealed Proposals” or “Proposals”) from qualified development partners to enter into a long-term ground lease, sale, or other contractual relationship and/or ownership structure for approximately 16,000 square feet of retail space at the City-owned property located at 911 Main Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626 (the “Property”). The retail space will wrap the north and west sides of the planned 450-space, four-level parking garage along 9th Street and Main Street.
 

Sealed proposals must electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before November 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and names of respondents read aloud.
