This will serve as your application to host a regional roundtable. The agenda does not have to be the final one. We are asking you to highlight potential topics that point to your successes, economic development wins, tools used, and lessons learned. What kind of things will we see on our downtown walking tour(s)? Is there a place to meet up after and network and share ideas? Who do you anticipate will partner with you on this? The goal of this letter is to paint a picture of your roundtable. Your downtown doesn't have to be perfect... we also learn through challenges, creative solutions, or temporary adaptations.

Are you willing to arrange and provide for staff travel?
We ask for a minimum commitment of $2,500 in underwriting or sponsorships. Can you commit to this?
This helps to offset any additional expenditures, and we typically shoot for $2,500-$5,000 in sponsorships. This can be facilitated in two ways: 1) Secure an underwriter for an activity, and they pay you directly. Please provide a receipt or a copy of the invoice so we can determine the sponsorship amount and honor your contribution. 2) Secure a sponsorship by sending them to our regional roundtable page and letting them select their level of participation, and they receive statewide marketing/advertising through Texas Downtown, and we share a portion of that with you. *Please read our Regional Roundtable info for more information.
