Andrew is the Cultural District Director in McKinney, Texas, with experience in event planning, small business management, and downtown development. Passionate about placemaking, Andrew leverages a community-focused approach to add to McKinney's vibrant downtown. He has served as Cultural District Director since June 2022 and was previously the Downtown Development Manager. In his current position, he oversees the McKinney Main Street program, the McKinney Arts Commission, and the McKinney Performing Arts Center (a thriving adaptive reuse of the historic Collin County Courthouse). Andrew and his wife Kate have owned a shop in the Historic Downtown for over 12 years.
