Small-scale manufacturing businesses can be one of the keys to a successful downtown. They draw people to an area to see things in the process of being made, they help attract investment to neighboring properties, and they are uniquely of that place. No other downtown has that small business owner, with that brand and that product, anywhere else. These small businesses make people proud of their community and their downtown.
