2023 March Webinar: Downtown & the IEBC

The building code adopted by your community may impact downtown development and revitalization so our March webinar will focus on the International Existing Building Code. Presenter Cody Melton is the Fire Marshal for the City of Wichita Falls, and is also a downtown property owner. He and his wife are currently working on a project in Wichita Falls' Central Business District.
